This page explains how billing, credits, and refunds work. It mirrors the standard for AI API providers: prepaid credit and subscriptions are non-refundable, with a small set of clearly-defined exceptions.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial — no subscription required — plus a small amount of complimentary usage credit so you can try the Service. After the trial, an active membership is required to keep making requests.
Membership is $4.99/month or $45/year (USD). Membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time from your account; your membership stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and is not prorated to cash. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If you upgrade or change plans, any unused value of your current plan is applied as account credit toward the new plan, never refunded as cash. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
Usage credit is a prepaid purchase of Service. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash, and expires 12 months after purchase or issuance. It can only be used to pay for Flow AI usage. Promotional, trial, and referral credit is likewise non-refundable and non-cashable, and may be revoked under the conditions below.
Referral rewards are issued as account credit only. A reward becomes payable only after the referred subscription is past its refund window, and we may revoke or claw back referral credit — including reducing a balance below zero — in cases of refund, chargeback, cancellation, self-referral, or abuse. We reverse a specific charge back to the original payment method only in these cases:
We do not refund or pay out account balances, and refunds are only ever returned to the original payment method used for the charge.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on a new subscription purchase. Where you ask us to begin the Service immediately, you acknowledge that this right may be lost or prorated once you start using the Service; we will honor the refund the law requires.
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@flowaiapi.com — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback for a legitimate charge may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
