These terms govern Flow AI "Credits" — including credits earned by contributing capacity to the Hive, credits granted as trial/referral/promotional rewards, and credits purchased and used to pay for usage.
Credits are a unit of platform usage value within Flow AI. They can be applied toward your usage of the Service. Credits are not money, legal tender, electronic money, a deposit, a payment instrument, a stored-value facility, a financial product, or a security, and are not a claim against Flow AI for cash. They carry no interest and confer no ownership, governance, or profit-sharing rights.
Credits cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into cash or any cryptocurrency, and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another account or person, except where Flow AI expressly enables a feature to do so and applicable law permits. Credits have no value outside the Service.
You may earn Credits by contributing capacity to the Hive — for example by running models on your own machine, or by sharing spare capacity from resources you own or are authorised to use. Credits are awarded based on useful completed work, reliability, and current network demand, as measured by Flow AI. Raw volume alone does not guarantee Credits. Flow AI may set, vary, or discontinue earning rates at any time.
You represent that you have the right to contribute any capacity you connect to the Hive, and that doing so does not violate any third party's terms (including AI providers' subscription or API terms), law, or licence. You must not use the Hive to resell, share, or sub-license provider capacity in breach of that provider's terms. Flow AI may disable any contribution path that conflicts with a provider's policy or applicable law, with or without notice.
Participation in the Hive is not employment, agency, partnership, or an investment, and creates no guarantee of any level of Credits, income, or return. Operators and contributors are independent and act on their own behalf.
Flow AI scores contributors on operational performance (completion, consistency, integrity, availability, dispute history), and may withhold, reverse, or cancel Credits, and suspend or remove a contributor, for unreliable performance, manipulation or gaming, fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms.
Credits granted as trial, referral, or promotional rewards are non-refundable and non-cashable and may be revoked. Referral Credits are subject to a maturation hold and become spendable only after the referred subscription is past its refund window; Flow AI may claw back referral Credits — including reducing a balance below zero — on refund, chargeback, cancellation, self-referral, or abuse. Credits expire 12 months after purchase or issuance (or such other period as Flow AI specifies). Flow AI may modify, suspend, or terminate the Credits program, or adjust Credit balances to correct errors, fraud, or abuse, at any time. Where a change is materially adverse and not due to fraud/abuse, Flow AI will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice.
You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from your earning or use of Credits.
On account termination, unused Credits are forfeited except where applicable law requires otherwise.
