Flow AI uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. We do not use cookies to sell your data.
Essential cookies — required to sign you in and keep the Service secure (authentication and session management via Clerk; security and load-balancing). These cannot be switched off, as the Service will not function without them.
Analytics — privacy-respecting, first-party product analytics that help us understand and improve the Service. They receive no prompt/response content and no personal data — only aggregate, content-free product metadata (e.g. that a page was viewed). We serve analytics through a first-party endpoint, do not use them to build advertising profiles, and do not sell your data.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of analytics by emailing privacy@flowaiapi.com. Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from signing in.
Because there is no common standard for how to respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently change behaviour based on DNT, but we keep analytics to a privacy-respecting, content-free minimum regardless.
